RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Easy Return and Exchange/ Refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered, else Paint and Tonic will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer can write in to customercare@paintandtonic.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the case and repair/ replace the merchandise in entirety.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
• the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
• the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
• the products are returned in their original packaging;
• the returned items must be shipped back to within seven (7) calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, we shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. You will only be charged for the return shipping cost. The fee will correspond to the original cost of shipping for the order.

RETURN POLICY

1. We accept returns if (a) refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of your product (b) products are unused & in their original condition (c) all accompaniments like original tags & original packaging (dust bags & boxes) are returned as well.
2. Bags that have been custom monogrammed for a customer cannot be covered within our Return Policy.
3. To process your refund (a) please share your order number over email (b) Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email confirmation on whether your return has been accepted (c) product cost refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
4. For refunded products (a) return shipping will need to be borne by the customer (b) original shipping cost will not be refunded.

REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES

After we receive the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card), the refund procedure will start within 14 days. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:
• purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
• payment by PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
